We are looking for experienced Trade Qualified Feild workers who are reliable and enjoy providing high-quality infrastructure maintenance. A strong sense of teamwork, a commitment to safety, and the ability to ensure that all machinery and operations are conducted according to specific guidelines are essential for this role.

• Bridge & Structural Repairs
• Civil Infrastructure
• Community Safety
• Operational Variety

• Pelican Waters
• Caloundra
• Coolum
• Enmundi

What you will need to exceed

Compulsory tickets/experience

• Trade Qualification: Cert III in Carpentry or trade equivalent.
• White Card: Work Safely in the Construction Industry (Current).
• Driver’s Licence: Valid Manual Driver’s License.
• Experience: Proven background in civil construction, concreting, or bridge maintenance.

Highly regarded

• MR/HR Licence: Highly regarded (or willing to obtain).
• TMI/TMA: Traffic Management Implementation or Traffic Management Awareness.
• First Aid & CPR: (Or willing to obtain).
• Plant Tickets: Excavator or other civil plant tickets with proven operating experience.
• Safety Mindset: A proactive attitude toward risk assessment and team safety.
